Wendy and family, We are so sad to hear of Mike's passing. We have fantastic memories dating back to when Mike and my father (Dennis) used to know each other through their time in the Police and Fire Brigade respectfully. Recently it was great to catch up again through him supporting me through my Community First Responder application and I was sad to learn that he was not well, the evening I saw you all at the hospital. He was a truly selfless man, dedicated to doing more than his bit in the local community and will be truly missed. I'm sure my father would have been proud as I was, when Mike attended his funeral in 1999, and I will do my best to be there with you on the 20th. Our thoughts are with you all.
